The online store available at www.amlab.tech (hereinafter referred to as the “AMLab Store”) offers the sale of goods via the Internet.

Janusza Meissnera 4F/5, 60-408 Poznań, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG) under NIP (Tax ID) 7812045427, REGON 524048219, email address: contact@amlab.tech, phone number: +48 782699993 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

Only an adult natural person or a legal entity or organizational unit with legal capacity granted by law may place orders in the AMLab Store (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

To place an order in the AMLab Store, the Customer must complete the order form and accept the delivery terms (including shipping costs) as specified in these Terms and Conditions and the order summary.

Anyone placing an order in the AMLab Store is required to read and accept these Terms and Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to place advertisements for the goods offered, as well as advertisements of third-party products and services, on the AMLab Store website.

To make purchases in the AMLab Store, the Customer must use a device with Internet access and an installed web browser.
Intellectual property rights
- All products offered by the AMLab Store represent unique, original creations based on creative designs. The copyrights to these designs belong exclusively to the Seller or third parties who have granted appropriate usage rights.
- Any form of copying, reproducing, imitating, or replicating the puzzles, their mechanisms, concepts, or associated materials offered by the AMLab Store may constitute a violation of the Seller’s or third parties’ intellectual property rights.
- All content featured on the AMLab Store website—including photos, texts, graphics, and puzzle designs—is the property of the Seller. Use of these materials without prior written consent from the Seller is strictly prohibited.
Offer

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the photos and descriptions presented on the AMLab Store website accurately reflect the actual characteristics of the products.

All products are brand new and created specifically to order, based on the Customer’s request.

The range and availability of products offered in the AMLab Store are subject to change and are regularly updated. The Seller reserves the right to modify the prices of items listed in the AMLab Store.

All prices listed in the AMLab Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are provided in United States Dollar (USD).

Product prices do not include shipping costs. These will be calculated and displayed before the order is finalized, depending on the delivery method chosen by the Customer.

The final price binding for the Customer is the price shown with the selected product at the time the order is placed.

The Seller may offer selected products at promotional prices or provide free shipping as part of a special promotion.

The number of products available at promotional prices in the AMLab Store is limited. Promotional sales are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Orders

To make a purchase from the AMLab Store, the Customer must correctly complete and submit the order form using the registration system and tools available on the AMLab Store website.

When placing an order, the Customer is required to provide the necessary details for order fulfillment, including: full name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. In the case of business customers, the company name, registered office address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and VAT ID (NIP) must also be provided.

The Customer places an order by:
- selecting the “ADD TO CART” option next to the product they wish to purchase,
- choosing the preferred shipping and payment method in the “CART” section after completing their selection,
- submitting the order form to the AMLab Store by clicking “PLACE ORDER”.

Before placing an order, the Customer is informed of:
- the total price of the selected products,
- the total shipping cost of the selected products,
- any additional costs related to the execution of the order.

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

In exceptional cases where a product is unavailable, the Customer will be promptly informed and asked to decide how to proceed with the order.

In the situation described above, the Customer may:
- cancel the entire order and receive a full refund,
- agree to partial fulfillment of the order and receive a refund for the canceled items,
- agree to an extended fulfillment time for the entire order.

The AMLab Store begins order processing once the Seller’s bank account has been credited with the full payment amount, including:
- the price of the ordered products, and
- the delivery fee, if applicable.

Order processing time is 7 business days within Poland and 14 business days within Europe and other countries, counted from the date the payment is received in full—unless otherwise specified in the product description.

In the case of larger or custom orders, the fulfillment time may differ. The Customer will be promptly notified and may decide how to proceed as outlined in point 7.

After the order is submitted, the AMLab Store will send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.
Payment terms

The total amount due to the Seller, including any applicable fees (such as delivery charges), must be paid using one of the following payment methods. The order number generated by the AMLab Store must be included in the payment title:
- Przelewy24
- PayPal
- Credit/Debit card

In exceptional cases, the Customer may make a direct bank transfer within 2 business days from the date the order was placed.

If the payment is not received and registered in the Seller’s bank account within the period specified in point 2, the order will be automatically canceled.
Shipping and Delivery

Ordered products are delivered to the shipping address provided in the order form using the following services:

DPD/DHL courier within Europe,
-
Fedex Economy/DPD/DHL for deliveries outside the European Union.

Shipping costs are as follows:
- 20$ for delivery within Europe
- 30$ for delivery to the rest of the world.

Cash on delivery is not available.
-
Personal pickup is not available.
-
Upon request, the Seller will include a receipt or invoice with the order.

The Seller is not responsible for re-shipping items returned due to:

the recipient’s absence at the delivery address,
-
a change of address without prior notice, or
-
failure to collect the package from the post office within the required time.
Complaints

Any complaints, delivery delays, product non-conformities, or damage occurring during transport should be reported immediately in writing to the following address:

Before accepting the delivery, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier.

If the package shows signs of damage, it should not be accepted, and a damage report should be filled out with the courier present. The courier should have the appropriate form available.

Complaints will be processed within 14 business days from the date the complaint is received.

If the complaint is accepted, the defective product will be immediately repaired or replaced with a new, undamaged one.

If repair or replacement is not possible or would be significantly difficult, the Seller — in agreement with the Customer — will refund the value of the defective item or offer another available product from the AMLab Store.

The cost of delivery of the new or defect-free product will be covered by the Seller.

Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.

A Client who is a consumer, as defined in Article 221 of the Civil Code, has the right to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including mediation or arbitration before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection. Detailed information about access to these procedures is available at www.uokik.gov.pl under the "Consumer Dispute Resolution" section.
